Lighthouse light turntable rig for Bank of Ireland
To create a stereotypical lighthouse "sweeping beam" effect (the existing lighthouse had a modern pulsing light), the rig shown below was fabricated.
The turntable speed was adjustable, and the beam could be made parallel by moving a sliding mechanism that allowed the parabolic mirror to be focused.
